This was an excellent workshop. I found the specific examples of the best way to handle specific scenarios really valuable. The re-wording of the questions to better coaching questions was great. The accountabilities piece was much needed. I also loved the frameworks on how to handle 1:1s.

This was great coaching training for leaders. I particularly liked the ability to look at scenarios and then discuss them afterwards. There was a lot of detailed information...for me I'm taking away several key points that may seem obvious but helpful to be reminded about them - do check-ins regularly, let the team member do most of the talking, focus on the connection/relationship.

What I liked the most about the session was seeing the coaching model applied in real time during the coach and coachee practice. It was extremely valuable to observe how each stage of the model unfolded naturally in the conversation, and how it helped guide the coachee toward clarity and action. This practical demonstration made the framework much more tangible and easier to internalize.

To get the best out of people, we have to believe the best is in there – but how do we know it is, how much is there, and how do we get it out?
