After an initial coaching introduction call where you'll meet with your coach to discuss your goals and needs, we'll guide you through our four-step 360 review process...

1. Set The Foundation

You meet with your coach to talk about reviewers and design the specific questions for your review. We provide a detailed list to get you started, and you can customize them to align with your personal and professional goals.

2. Choose Participants

You provide us with a list of colleagues who can offer valuable perspectives. We confidentially reach out to each one, providing a clear overview of the process and a link to schedule a 50-minute call.

3. Confidential Interviews

Your experienced coach holds one-on-one, confidential conversations with each participant. The focus is on gathering specific, actionable insights, and these calls are never recorded.

4. Deliver & Debrief

Your coach will synthesize all anonymous feedback into a clear report. Your coach will then meet with you to review the findings, discuss key takeaways, and help you create a practical action plan. If we believe continued coaching would be valuable, we may also recommend this.
