Your experienced coach holds one-on-one, confidential conversations with each participant. The focus is on gathering specific, actionable insights, and these calls are never recorded.
Your coach will synthesize all anonymous feedback into a clear report. Your coach will then meet with you to review the findings, discuss key takeaways, and help you create a practical action plan. If we believe continued coaching would be valuable, we may also recommend this.
